Get through the winter challenge: 100 miles by end of March

The best way to get out of the house and run is to set a goal. Since the race plan for 2012 is not yet completed, let’s start with a goal to get through the winter.

100 miles by end of March should get me out of the house in wind and weather as they say. And smile!

Another wise person said: It is essential to our well-being, and to our lives, that we play and enjoy life. Every single day, do something that makes your heart sing.

Happy Running
