Another day at the gym…

Rain outside, still suspicious about my twisted ankle, so another day in the gym it is.

My recent rediscovery of my iPod is still good for a surprise or two. 30 minutes “elipting” went by like a charm. I must have switched off the shuffle function on my iPod by mistake and along came a number of Augustana songs. I am forever indebted to my friend J for introducing me to their music and dragging me to their concert a few years back. But I am digressing…

So, along came those great Augustana songs and I completely tuned out of my surrounding and just listened and 30 minutes past in no time. You may think, Augustana may not be great running music, but I tell you what better than forgetting that you are stuck in the gym and singing along your favorite songs? (at least i think that’s what I did – got some glances from the runner to my left..)

But I ain’t giving up quite yet, I’ve got too much to lose.
